Benzyl protecting protocol was first employed in two routes for the concise synthesis of dopexamine dihydrochloride.This protecting group could be cleanly removed under mild condition and no unacceptable ion was brought to the final product.The total yield of route I was 43.8% from phenylacetic acid,while it was 54.1% of route II from 2-(3,4-bis(benzyloxy)phenyl)acetic acid.The titration purity of the final product was more than 99.5%,while any single or total impurities met the known standard of the drug by HPLC analysis.The measured residual palladium met an acceptable limit(<1 ppm) as an API for injection.  相似文献

Various Au/GO catalysts were prepared by depositing Au nanoparticles on thermally- and chemically-treated graphite oxide (GO) supports using a sol-immobilization method. The surface chemistry and structure of GO supports were characterized by a series of analytical techniques including X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, temperature-programmed desorption and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that thermal and chemical treatments have large influence on the presence of surface oxygenated groups and the crystalline structure of GO supports. A strong support effect was observed on the catalytic activity of Au/GO catalysts in the liquid phase aerobic oxidation of benzyl alcohol. Compared to the amount and the type of surface oxygen functional groups, the ordered structure of GO supports may play a more important role in determining the catalytic performance of Au/GO catalysts.  相似文献

Electrochemical oxidation of O-(4-chlorobenzyl) S-methyl dithiocarbonate using tris(2,4-dibromophenyl)amine as a redox mediator was studied by cyclic voltammetric measurements. The triarylamine mediated anodic fluorodesulfurization of O-(4-chlorobenzyl) and O-(4-bromobenzyl) S-methyl dithiocarbonates provided 4-chloro- and 4-bromobenzyl fluorides, respectively in moderate yields. On the other hand, similar anodic fluorination of O-(2-phenethyl) S-octyl dithiocarbonate and O-(4-bromophenyl) S-methyl dithiocarbonate afforded 2-phenethyl trifluoromethyl ether and difluoro(methylthio)methyl 4-bromophenyl ether, respectively. Nitrogen transfer from cyanide anion to an aldehyde is emerging as a promising method for the synthesis of aromatic nitriles. However, this method still suffers from a disadvantage that a use of stoichiometric Cu(II) or Cu(I) salts is required to enable the reaction. As we report herein, we overcame this drawback and developed a catalytic method for nitrogen transfer from cyanide anion to an alcohol via the complete cleavage of the C≡N triple bond using phen/Cu2O as the catalyst. The present condition allowed a series of benzyl alcohols to be smoothly converted into aromatic nitriles in moderate to high yields. In addition, the present method could be extended to the conversion of cinnamic alcohol to 3-phenylacrylonitrile.  相似文献

A novel, efficient, and straightforward synthesis of β-N-methylamino-l-alanine (BMAA) in two steps starting from l-N,N-dibenzylserine benzyl ester is described. This method, in the light of other syntheses of BMAA, provides benefits such as mild reaction conditions, a simple work-up procedure, good yields, and the retention of the serine stereochemistry.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot three-component reaction of 2-iodoanilines, benzyl chlorides and elemental sulfur to form 2-substituted benzothiazoles in satisfactory yields (up to 98%) has been described. The reaction tolerated a wide range of functional groups on the aromatic ring. And heterocycle methylene chlorides substrates were also found to be compatible.  相似文献

On the benzyl system, bearing various functional groups, have been carried out the Willgerodt-Kindler reaction to obtain thiobenzmorpholide ( 1 ). The reactions, under solvent-free conditions, were performed in both classical (reflux, room temperature) and nonclassical (microwave) conditions to attempt our elucidation of the reactions pathways. Unlike benzylamine and benzyl mercaptan, benzyl halides give poor result due to the type of amine. The experimental results suggest that the proposed reaction pathway involves the oxidation coupling of benzylic substrates, followed by a thiolation step and an attack of the amine on the thiolated product to give ( 1 ).  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of the lithium derivative of diethyl ester of phenylmethanephosphonic acid (1-Li) with alkanones, cycloalkanones, alkylaryl and diarylketones 2s-b is studied at -70°C in THF. The corresponding adducts-diethyl esters of l-phenyl-2,2-dialkyl(phenyl)-2-hydroxyethanephosphonic acids 3s-h are isolated, their yields being usually higher at short reaction time. The olefination of 3-Li as well as of 3 (both by thermolysis or in acidic media) proceeds in low degree, while in the case of 3-Na the yields of alkenes 4 are good. The relative configurations of 3b. 31 and 3g are determined by IR and NMR-spectra, as well as by their stereospecific olefination. “Threo”-stereoselectivity of the addition stage of the reaction of 1-Li with 2b, 21 and 2g is observed, the “threo”/“erythro” ratio remaining independent on the reaction time.  相似文献

A series of benzyl bromides were efficiently prepared from the corresponding alcohols with Br3CCOCBr3/PPh3 at low temperatures and under neutral conditions. The present protocol was applied to the heterocyclic analogues and to the successful synthesis of the precursor of the antiulcer drug omeprazole, thus furnishing an alternate, mild method for the preparation of these drug intermediates. A significant steric factor was observed throughout both series supporting a SN2 mechanism.  相似文献
